When warranty work on the wrecker and carrier body applies and is approved, any labor costs incurred will be reimbursed directly to you or your local repair facility in a timely manner.
TCWS’ Remote Repair and Warranty Procedure.
- Communicate to us that your truck is down immediately. This is important!
- Let’s diagnose the problem.
- Is it a chassis issue? Take the truck to your respective commercial truck dealer.
- Is it a body issue? TCWS will create an estimate of work.
- Confirm who will be performing the repair.
- Contact Name
- Contact Phone and Email
- Location Address
- Confirm the proper repair of the issue at hand.
- Does it need specialty repair parts? TCWS will ship the parts right away.
- Repair and warranty approval.
- Does it qualify for warranty? TCWS needs to approve prior to the repair.
- Perform the repair.
- Warranty compensation for the repair.

Chassis
If a repair issue arises with the truck chassis and not the body, your respective local-franchised truck dealer will perform the repair and process the warranty.
Keep in mind, if you are not happy with your local truck dealer’s prognosis of the repair, inefficient service or warranty approval: we can find help! TCWS has relationships with National Service Support Teams with Kenworth, Peterbilt, Freightliner, International, Hino, Ford and Ram that can resolve many issues that may arise with your local dealer and your truck chassis.
Miller 1-year Warranty
Pre-Owned Vehicles
Unfortunately, TCWS does NOT provide warranty coverage on any pre-owned truck in which the factory warranty has expired. However, our same expert staff can guide you through the repair process and get you back on the road.
